Why is My Report Missing Individual Course Feedback & Revision Notes for each of the trainees?
The custom export includes an individual report sheet per trainee, WJA branding & training provider branding. The standard export has no branding and only includes summary sheets and no individual reports to send to the trainees.
If your exported report is missing individual course feedback and revision notes for each trainee, you likely generated a Standard Export instead of a Custom Report.
Note: trainee information such as names and WJA numbers is included in both report types, but in a standard export, it only appears on the "Results by Keypad" summary sheet.

To generate a complete report with individual sheets for each trainee:
- Go to the results screen at the end of your training session.
- Click the Custom Export button (located directly next to the Export to Excel button).
- Open the downloaded Excel workbook to view the individual trainee feedback and revision notes sheets.
Got the branding and sheet but missing the trainee information?
If when you run your export you get a sheet per trainee but none of the trainee information is included, such as the trainee's names, the course information etc, it means that you have run the correct report type but the software could not read the ppvote Participant list for the course, or the name of that file has been changed. Please ensure that you save that file to the same folder as the course and run the report again.
