Why are there no WJA columns, to show WJA number etc in my report?

The report shows the scores but not the other information about the trainees

Whether you are running the standard export to excel or the new custom export, it is possible to run a report and see the trainee scores etc but not the names and other trainee details. This is usually due to there being no ppvote Participant List in the folder where the presentation is saved, or the blank one is there and hasn't been used as the sign-in sheet for the course.

In the standard export, the lack of a participant list will lead to there not being any columns to populate with the trainee information. If there columns are there but the data is not, the software is accessing a blank participant list. If the columns are not there, there is not a participant list in the correct folder. 

With the custom export, the summary sheet and the individual sheets will have cells for the trainee data even when there is no participant list but the cells will be missing on the results by keypad tab. 

Store your training presentation and ppvote Participant List together in a local folder (not on a network or cloud service). Avoid using One Drive backed up folders such as Desktop and Documents. We recommend you save all your courses in a folder that is directly on the main drive (usually C drive). For ease of access you could use a desktop shortcut to that folder. 

The participant list must not be renamed in any way. The file name should be ppvote Participant List. If this has been changed,the software will not longer be able to link to it. 

Copy the ppvote Participant List from one of the other course folders and input the trainee details. Or if you have completed a ppvote Participant List already but have saved it in the wrong folder, move it to the correct one.
