No votes are being received, the keypads just show a t not the number that people press
Keypads will only function if there is a vote or test screen open. At all other times, if you press a button, the LED will circle and then show a t
When you present the first voting slide, does the white box that counts up the votes coming in appear but say a zero in it? If not, click here for instructions about how to force a vote to start.
If yes, it's possible that there is an issue with your receiver. Unplug the receiver and plug it in again, then go to the keypad set up screen and run the test, to ensure that the hardware is working. If not, please reboot the computer and try again.
