PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A GENERIC PAGE THAT IS NOT SPECIFIC TO WJA. THIS ARTICLE COVERS HOW TO ALLOW YOUR TRAINEES TO VOTE VIA THEIR MOBILE PHONES. IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU CONTACT THE SUPPORT TEAM BEFORE YOU ATTEMPT TO USE THIS. The login for remote voting is the same as your email and password for the downloads site. If you cannot remember your password there is a button to reset it. Please note, if you see http error 400 when logging in, the cause is most likely that you have a special character in your password. Please change the password to letters and numbers only.  There is no app for your voters to install. They simply open a browser on their device and join the session at https://www.keypad.world/ to start voting. You will need to give them the meeting code which is set up by you at https://www.keypad.world/admin/index.php You must ensure that you are registered for remote voting. If you aren't sure, contact wja@clikapad.com or simply try logging in at the URL above.  IMPORTANT NOTE: We recommend the 'invite only' login method for Risk Assessments and AGMs. This ensures that voters always get allocated the same keypad number.  Invite only does not send invitations, it simply means that people must use an email address to login to the meeting. This address does not get verified, so if you wish to create email addresses that are not actually functional but are just for use as a log in, that is fine. For conferences and meetings, you may wish to use 'open' or 'password protected' meetings.
